Eric Kurjan

Eric Kurjan is the president and owner of the Six Disciplines NWO. He is certified on the Six Disciplines methodology and is responsible for coaching and offering strategic advisory services to both large and small companies. Prior to joining Six Disciplines, Kurjan was the president of Plumbline Solutions, Inc., a 75-person start-up software consulting company. Plumbline was formed as a spin-off from Microsoft’s Findlay, Ohio, location in August 2004. Prior to Plumbline, Kurjan was general manager of the North American professional services organization for Microsoft Corp. As general manager, he led a team of more than 500. Kurjan also was the general manager of Microsoft Corp. - Great Plains’ Solomon business unit, where he was responsible for product development, professional services and sales and marketing across all Solomon product line offerings. Kurjan was also instrumental in negotiating the details of the acquisition of Solomon Software by Great Plains in 2000. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami (Ohio) University. Kurjan currently serves on the board of trustees of, Blanchard Valley Health System, Plumbline Solutions, Inc. and is the current president of the Board of the Findlay Country Club. He has also served on the Board of Trustees for the University of Findlay. He has served as the 2006 Campaign Chairman and 2008 Board President for the Hancock County United Way. He has also demonstrated his leadership and team-building abilities as a past member of the Findlay- Hancock County Arts Partnership, Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as well campaign chairman of the Hancock County Community Recreation Center Committee. Kurjan and his wife, Lisa, and their two daughters, Madeline and Anna, live in Findlay, Ohio.

Dan Gonder


Dan Gonder is a Principal and Director of Consulting for Six Disciplines Northwest Ohio. He is certified on the Six Disciplines methodology and is responsible for coaching and offering strategic advisory services. Dan also supports the successful usage of the Six Disciplines software tools. Prior to joining Six Disciplines, he was the North American training leader for Microsoft Business Solutions, where he was responsible for 60+ training centers and 300+ certified instructors throughout the United States and Canada. Dan’s other positions at Microsoft included programs development manager for training, and education resources manager. He also held positions as special projects coordinator and client services representative at Solomon Software.

Dan has past board affiliations with the City Mission of Findlay (President), Childrens Mentoring Connection of Hancock County, Findlay Noon Kiwanis and St. Paul’s Church.  Dan is also a member of CedarCreek Church.  He and his wife, Erin and their five children, Kaitlyn, Zachary, Drake, Nico and Tyler, live in Findlay, Ohio. Dan enjoys coaching and assisting with their many sporting, musical and scouting activities.  Dan earned his bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University.

Scott Gray

Scott Gray is a Principal for Six Disciplines Northwest Ohio. He is certified on the Six Disciplines methodology and is responsible for coaching and offering strategic advisory services.

Prior to joining Six Disciplines, Gray served 3 years with Cenveo in Toledo, a national, publicly-traded printing company, and 20 years co-managing The Gray Printing Company, the $20 million 118-year old, fourth-generation family-owned printing firm in Fostoria. Gray’s background included expertise in sales, marketing, new business development and customer relationship management.

Gray currently serves on the board for the Boy Scouts of America, Black Swamp Area Council and the Blanchard Valley Health Association. He is a Team Captain for the United Way of Hancock County and is on the Pastoral Council for St. Michael the Archangel Church. He and his wife, Jackie, and their two children, Quinn and Hannah, live in Findlay, Ohio. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from Marietta College.

Paul Worstell

Paul Worstell is a Certified Business Coach for Six Disciplines Northwest Ohio. He is certified on the Six Disciplines methodology and is responsible for coaching and offering strategic advisory services.

Paul brings over 40 years of leadership experience to clients in his role as a Six Disciplines Certified Business Coach. He recently retired from the PRO-TEC Coating Company in Leipsic, Ohio, a joint venture partnership of U. S. Steel and Kobe Steel, Ltd. of Japan after serving as the company president for 12 years. Before joining PRO-TEC, he spent 26 years with U. S. Steel’s operations in the Pittsburgh region. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Mt. Union College in Alliance, Ohio, in 1970 and a master’s of business administration from the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio in 1999.

Paul serves on the Board of Trustees of The Ohio Partnership for Excellence, The Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center, Black Swamp Area Council Boy Scouts of America and The University of Findlay College of Business Advisory Board. He has served as a lecturer at The University of Findlay, Mt. Union College and Ohio Northern University on topics of Leadership. Mr. Worstell serves as an examiner for the Ohio Partnership for Excellence. Since PRO-TEC’s receipt of the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) in 2007, Mr. Worstell has traveled as a keynote speaker at many MBNQA related conferences around the United States discussing the topics of leadership and best practices. 

 

Jen Smith

As the Engagement Coach of Six Disciplines NWO, Jen Smith serves a training and support role for the entire client base and is focused on ensuring all clients are prepared for success. A Columbus, Ohio native, Jen has had a great deal of experience in sales, marketing and account management in the digital marketing industry. Prior to joining Six Disciplines, Jen held a variety of positions at ClearSaleing, an industry-leading advertising analytics company. Most recently, Jen held the position of Account Manager in which she served as the principal liaison between the client and all ClearSaleing departments. As an Account Manager, she was responsible for developing strategic plans to maximize ClearSaleing's value to her clients and providing insight from the ClearSaleing platform to ensure success of their marketing campaigns. Jen prided herself in being a strong advocate for her clients and in effectively quarterbacking the ClearSaleing team to deliver maximum value to them.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree in Psychology from Ohio University, with a minor in Spanish. Over the years, Jen has been an active and passionate volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Athens County and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. In addition, she is affiliated with many organizations including Sigma Delta Pi, National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society and Alpha Gamma Delta. Jen has recently relocated to Fort Jennings, Ohio and is enjoying the community-based lifestyle that Putnam County provides.
